We act as your official Responsible Person in the EU, a legal requirement for all cosmetic and supplement brands. This means we handle all communication with EU authorities on your behalf.
We prepare and submit your product to the Cosmetic Products Notification Portal (CPNP), a mandatory step before any cosmetic product is placed on the EU market.
We compile and manage your Product Information File, which includes:
- Safety assessment by a certified toxicologist
- Ingredient breakdown
- Manufacturing and testing data
- Label and usage instructions
We translate your product packaging and instructions into Czech, English, or other EU languages to ensure compliance with local laws. If needed, we also assist in creating compliant labels from scratch.
If you are entering with food supplements, we assist in registering with local health authorities and ensuring all health claims meet EU standards.
